In her role as Curator of the Klesch Collection, Amparo is responsible for the management and running of the collection. Creating connections with museums and academics around the world is one of the most interesting parts of her role, as well as promoting grants and scholarships for students wishing to pursue higher education in Art History. Some of her other responsibilities include overseeing the care and research of existing works in the collection and also considering new potential acquisitions, the production of academic publications, and managing loan requests.
Amparo studied Renaissance and Baroque art as an undergraduate at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, further specialising in this area during her MA studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Following extensive experience in the commercial art world, Amparo joined the Klesch Collection in 2018. She is fluent in four languages.
