Currently on loan: Sofonisba Anguissola and Judith Leyster

We are delighted to announce that The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York will be hosting two paintings from The Klesch Collection — Portrait of an Unknown Noblewoman (c. 1560–1565) by Sofonisba Anguissola and Merry Company (c. 1629) by Judith Leyster. These pictures are now hanging in the museum’s European Paintings galleries, following a five-year renovation. Read more about this loan here!
